We currently deliver to the locations listed on our website or checkout page.

       If your address falls outside our serviceable area, you will be notified during checkout.

       We may expand or modify our delivery coverage from time to time.


2. Delivery Timings

       Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order volume, weather conditions, and third-party logistics constraints.

       While we strive to deliver orders within the selected time slot, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

       No guaranteed delivery times are promised unless explicitly stated.


3. Order Processing

       Orders are prepared and dispatched only after successful payment.

       You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed.

       You may receive delivery updates through our partner logistics provider or directly from our team.


4. Perishable Nature of Products

Since all our products are frozen and temperature-sensitive, we take special precautions to ensure they reach you in optimal condition.

       Products are packed using insulated materials to preserve temperature during transit.

       You are requested to be available at the delivery address during the expected time window.


5. Delivery Attempts

       The delivery agent will attempt delivery once at the provided address.

       If you are unreachable, unavailable, or the address is incorrect or incomplete:

       The order may be marked as undeliverable,

       And due to the perishable nature of the items, refunds or re-attempts may not be possible.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.


6. Shipping Fees

       Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and order value.

       Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.


7. Risk & Responsibility

       Risk of product damage, melting, or loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the specified address.

       If delivered to a security guard, front desk, neighbour, or designated alternate recipient at your request, Indulge Creamery is not responsible for product handling thereafter.


8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by:

       Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

       Unavailability of recipient

       Traffic disruptions, extreme weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances

       Courier partner delays (if applicable)

No refunds will be issued for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from the above conditions.
